Three festivals, four artists, four days.
Well, it's been a crazy run so far this summer! One of the most jam packed few days so far being the last weekend of July. It started with a smaller festival in Kamloops, then Rockin River Music Fest on the Friday, and Sunfest on the Saturday and Sunday. Where it got crazy was waking up at 8:30 on the Friday to drive to Merritt from Kamloops to play the Main stage with Robyn and Ryleigh at 5:30, Then closing down the night at midnight with Chris Buck. After the Chris Buck set, I proceeded to drive to Richmond to meet up with Ajaye Jardine so that we could catch a ferry to the island for Sunfest. Once on the site, I got a last second call to play guitar for Trinity Bradshaw as well, who had some prime slots. However, I didn't end up getting to sleep until after Trinities last set which ended at about 1:30 on the Saturday, so I went from Friday at 8;30 untill Saturday at about 1:30 without sleeping, it was a long but awesome day. Thankfully Trinity had a fantastic A-list band, which made picking up the songs easy and her set was one of the highlights of the weekend. She's a super talented singer and fantastic at working the crowd! I was stoked to get to play for her!
